my weekend project..

This weekend was fantastic. Full of rest, thrifting, and crafting! Here's a look at what I did...

I took this idea from Sunshine and Carousels

and this idea from Creative Jewish Mom

...and created this lovely fall wreath for my mom

{and a closeup of the flowers}

Very time-consuming, but pretty easy, and always fun! I had a relaxing evening with the family watching my Texas Rangers win their first game of the World Series! Can't wait to see it when mom hangs it on our friend porch!

My project this weekend was Christmas stockings... but I haven't gotten around to writing up the tutorials yet :]
