Recipe: Spicy White Queso

Photobucket
Having people over can be stressful, expensive, and time-consuming.
Its true.
But we LOVE having people over to our home! David loves firing up the grill &watching some football. I love baking sweets & making fun appetizers.
We're a good team.
One of my best go-to appetizer (that goes oh-so-well with burgers) is Spicy White Queso.
It litterally takes 10 minutes to make which is GREAT when there's a time crunch!

All you need is 1 lb of HOT sausage (we use Jimmy Dean), 16oz of cream cheese, and a can of original Ro-Tel.

First, you brown the sausage on the stove. This usually takes about 7-9 minutes.

When your sausage is browned, add the cream cheese and can of Ro-Tel. Mix it in until all the cheese is melted and the Ro-Tel is mixed throughout!

Serve with tortilla chips & everyone will be happy!

Olé!
