David and I have been married almost a year and a half now (WOW!) In fact, December 31st marks two years since he proposed. Time flies by so fast!
Last year was our first year as a married couple, but we didn't do anything that was just for us during the Christmas season.
This year, we decided to do it a little differently. We started some new traditions!
Yesterday, we spent a lazy morning cooking (green) Texas-shaped waffles & drinking coffee in our PJs.
Later in the afternoon, we took our pup on a walk and then went to Target!
We had some cash & spent some last-minute money on one another for some surprise "stocking stuffers".
Then we came home, got ready for a fun dinner & opened gifts.
I love new traditions & learning to be our own little family. Being married is such a blessing & I am so thankful to be on this journey with David!
