There's no hiding the fact that I love fabric. I love sewing, crafting, and creating with it! So, when Indygo Junction contacted me about reviewing Amy Barickman's new book, Fabric Flowers, I was super excited!
In the book, there are all different kinds of fabric flowers to make + different projects to go with them.
I chose the "Yo Yo Bouquet".
Yo Yo's were one of the verrrrry first fabric flowers I ever made, so I thought it would be fun to revisit my early days as a seamstress//crafter.
When they sent me the book, they also included some NIFTY tools from Clover that make sewing Yo Yo's easy as pie.
So, I used the tools + paired my new fabric flowers with THIS tutorial and I made myself a new bracelet!

I prefer felt flowers, where you do the circles. Or if fabric I usually do yo yos
ReplyDeleteI'm a beginner at sewing, so the only flower I have ever made was a yo yo flower, but I was so excited that I was able to make one. I used the flower to decorate an ikea lamp that my little one broke. Yo Yo's are the best!
